How to Book
1. Ring or email us to check whether the dates you require are available. (Tel.+39 0758502035).
2. If the required dates are available, a provisional booking will be made and held for 8 working days. At this point we will send you a booking form and full booking conditions.
3. A booking is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total rental, paid by PayPal or bank transfer in euro. At this point we also require the completed booking form sent to us by email or by post.
4. The balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks before the rental commences. If the balance is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and claim cancellation charges.
5. When a booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental, full payment will be required to confirm the booking.
6. All payments should be made in euro by PayPal or bank transfer. We will provide bank details at the time of payment. NB - Your bank charges are at your expense while we will pay the Italian ones. For payments by PayPal, there will be a 5 percent administration charge.
7. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you details of how to find Casa Tersalle and all other necessary information.
